libcc1-0 software package provides GCC cc1 plugin for GDB, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcc1-0
libcc1-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcc1-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcc1-0 *
You will get with libcc1-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
